A well known misconception is that diabetes is caused by want of insulin. This is true of Type 1 diabetes, found among children who need daily injection of the valuable, life saving hormone.

However, elderly people who are suffering out of this disease, the greatest killer now, have more than enough insulin within their blood, based on two Canadian doctors, who are running a clinic for treatment of obesity, that is threatening even children. They’ve think of a new theory, explained within their book PROTEIN POWER. It is just like a water tank, getting filled with water, drop by drop. If the outlet pipe is clogged, water will come out with difficulty. By enhancing the height water level, we might succeed in getting more water.

Based on this theory, hyperinsulinamia is the villain. Round the chronilogical age of thirty, in India a minimum of, the capacity of the cells to receive insulin is impaired. To provide a crude example, imagine that the door of the home is reduced in size, we can’t easily enter the house. We might have to squeeze in. Once the medical department in our body gets information about apparent insufficiency of insulin, it produces more insulin. More and more people can lead to overcrowding on the street, that’s, more insulin within the blood serum. Doctors provides you with medicine to widen the doorway, which is sufficient initially. Afterwards, they will administer insulin by injection, even if the individual has insulin, much more than the permissible limit of ten units. There is no way of measuring insulin, except in some research institutions.

Do you know the CONSEQUENCES OF HYPERINSULINAMIA?

1) Insulin is really a miser. It keeps everything under lock. It won’t allow fat for energy requirements. You might walk daily all night; however it will not reduce fat within your body. You’ll get tired.

2) When the insulin level is reduced, glucagon will end up active and all sorts of fat will be burnt. This is exactly what comes about when continuous fasting is done. If you eat rice and ghee, stop (not only reduce) rice, not ghee, to reduce weight.

3) Hypertension will result if fat is not reduced, since the arteries will become narrow.

4) Manufacture of platelets within the blood, accountable for clotting of blood, will increase. This may cause cardiac arrest, stroke etc.

5) Infertility in women may be another result, because the ovum may disappear prematurely from the ovaries.

6) Of the numerous ailments normally related to diabetes, we do not be aware of link it might have with hyperinsulinamia, which is responsible for producing undesirable eicosanoids. Research within this field is sill in the infancy.

It is an established fact that diabetes is really a misleading malady. That’s the reason it is important to find out how to control your blood sugar. An overload of blood sugar initiates an abrupt surge of lethal processes that lead to diabetes.

It is possible to lower your blood sugar by embarking on a healthy diet. You have the option to consume nourishment for example cinnamon before main meals to help bring down after-meal blood sugar levels barbs. However, the best way would be to decrease consumption of calories from causes of carbohydrates like rice, bread, pasta and corn each meal.

You need to begin alterations in your way of life and remember how to take control of your blood sugar. Consumer Reports.org asserted a person does no need to take drugs to avoid diabetes. A recent review of primary prevention trials figured weight loss, staying active, and consuming a heart-healthy diet were more efficient than medication to preclude the condition. Those measures help not just by preventing diabetes itself but additionally by lowering blood pressure level which pose particular risks to individuals with elevated blood sugar levels.

Scientific research also says if you decide to learn how to juice fast, this may be ideal for cleansing or detoxification. Based on expert, juice fasting or dieting can eliminate the body of harmful substances and contaminants. The issue pops up when people that aren’t so youthful or in good physical shape opt to detoxify. People with diabetes must never juice fast whatsoever.

There is nothing wrong with trying how to juice fast and fast diet to lose weight. The simple truth is healthy and robust youngsters will endure a juice fast approach. An individual, who wants to do this formula, should have a sufficient way to obtain muscle mass and fats to survive this fasting. Juices have insufficient protein. Hence, your body can get its supply of protein in the muscles to satisfy its requirements.

You must be alert in every walk of life and being lazy and neglecting things would trouble you like in the case of diet management and wound healing.

An emotional stress (a death in family, displeasure at work or at home) may increase and disturb the control of diabetes. You need to discuss the problem with your doctor for suitable adjustment in dosage of medication and do some stress control exercises.

If you happen to have diabetes, you need to make sure that you manage this problem and keep it under control. If you don’t control your diabetes, there can be more serious complications that can come up along the way. The good thing is, today there are a variety of great tools available that can help you to manage and control your diabetes effectively. Here is a closer look at how you can manage diabetes efficiently.

In order to maintain diabetes control, one of the best things that you can do is to monitor your glucose level on a regular basis. If you never actually monitor your blood sugar, you won’t know if you are doing well or not. It’s a good idea to test yourself with a glucose meter on a regular basis. Knowing where your blood sugar stands can help you better control it.

Another important aspect of managing diabetes is making sure that you eat a healthy diet. You can talk to your doctor about getting a good diabetes meal plan to help you out. You’ll want to eat healthily without eating too many carbs. Add more foods to your diet that have fiber in them and avoid foods that are high in salt or fat.

Weight control is also very important for diabetes control. While eating a healthy diet can help you with weight control, there are other important things you can do to help control your weight. Exercising is one excellent way that you can work on keeping your weight at a healthy level. Many people who are able to control their weight find that their diabetes does much better and some have been able to get off medications.

In some cases, managing diabetes may include you taking medications. Some people who deal with diabetes may be prescribed pills to help control glucose levels while other may end up taking insulin. Whatever option your doctor gives to you, make sure that you follow the advice and take the medication. In some cases you may be able to work off the medications in the future. However, you need to take it as prescribed while you are on it to make sure you keep your diabetes under control.

Visiting your health care professional on a regular basis is important for diabetes control. More than likely you will need to be seen at least a couple times a year. Your doctor will want to check your cholesterol, your blood pressure, and do some blood work. This way they can monitor how your diabetes is doing and whether or not more actions need to be taken. Don’t skip out on these doctors appointments. They are important for controlling your diabetes long term.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by high glucose levels, and results from abnormalities in insulin secretion, or insulin action. Insulin, which is produced by the pancreas, is responsible for regulating the blood glucose levels. In diabetics, the absence or insufficient production of insulin causes high blood sugar.

So, how can you treat diabetes?

Eat The Right Type Of Carbohydrates

There are two types of carbohydrates: sugary and starchy.

Sugary: for example, sugar, sweets, chocolate, sweet biscuits and soft drinks. It is best to avoid them, because they cause glucose to rapidly enter the circulatory system and can cause a sudden rise in your blood sugar levels. Instead of sugar you can use artificial sweeteners, like saccharin.

Starchy: for example, bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, cereals and fruits. They are carbohydrates of slower absorption and are good sources of energy, so you can eat them regularly during the day.

Eat The Right Type Of Fats

Equally important is the type of fat you consume. There are two basic types: saturated and unsaturated.

Saturated: saturated fats are found mainly in fatty meats, whole milk, butter and lard. They can cause problems in blood circulation. We all need to reduce the consumption of such fats.

Unsaturated: these fats are better than the saturated ones and come in two forms:

- Polyunsaturated fats are found in large quantities in products such as sunflower oil, pure vegetable oil, corn oil and margarine from sunflower oil.

- Monounsaturated fat, found in grape seed oil and olive oil. This type of fat should be preferred. Remember that all fats are high in calories and can therefore lead to weight gain, if consumed in excessive quantities.

Eat The Right Fiber

The fiber can be either soluble (dissolves in water and slows down the absorption of food) or insoluble (does not dissolve in water and is good from preventing constipation). The insoluble fiber is also helpful when dieting, because it provides you with a sense of fullness.

Diabetes is a very dangerous metabolic disorder that is affecting millions of people worldwide. There are two types – Type 1 is congenital where the pancreas is unable to produce insulin or just that the insulin produced is too little. In Type 2 case, the insulin produced is insufficient to control the blood sugar level or that the body has developed resistance to insulin.

This undesirable state is simply the case of having too much sugar in your blood and this will affect the whole body system. Uncontrolled sugar level in the blood can cause havoc to the body. Sugar is acidic and this excess will affect the performance of all cells in the body. Undesirable complications of diabetes include, stroke, blindness, amputations, and kidney failure. It is desirable that you are aware of the symptoms of diabetes. This will add in the prevention of this metabolic disorder. Then you will not have to resort to a diabetes diet once diabetes sets in.

However, all is not lost if you take proper actions to eliminate diabetes. These include the following:

1. Take action to select the correct foods for the daily. Once you identify the acceptable foods for consumption, the quantity that you take is immaterial. You can get as much as you want of the approved foods and stop taking the prohibited foods.

2. Exercise at least three times a week. A simple half an hour walk will be sufficient as exercise will invigorate the body, minimizes illness and it enhances insulin action in the body.

3. Take supplements. A lot of people are depriving themselves of this range of nutrients that goes a long way to energize you body. Supplements contain nutrients which are required to enhance the many metabolic pathways in action including the energy production cycle.
